面向电煤联储基地腐蚀液存储区域的安全管理方案设计

摘要 位于港口的煤电储联产基地比一般化工企业具有更高的安全管理等级与安全管理难度,因此必须建立合适的安全管理制度与应急预案。腐蚀液存储区域化学品具备较强的腐蚀性,且对安全生产意义重大,文章设计了一套安全管理方案,综合明确应急程序和要求,加强相应的培训,确保承担安全管理的部门、人员,分工明确,以期能够迅速、准确、高效实施预防和控制次生灾害的发生。 It is necessary to establish appropriate safety management systems and emergency plans,because coal,electricity,storage and co-production bases locating in ports have higher safety management levels and safety management difficulties than general chemical companies.Chemicals in the corrosive liquid storage area are highly corrosive and they are of great significance to safe production.This article designs a set of safety management plan.It comprehensively clarifies the emergency procedures and requirements,strengthens the corresponding training,and ensures that the departments and personnel responsible for safety management have a clear division of labor,so as to prevent and control the occurrence of secondary disasters quickly,accurately and efficiently.
