摘要
合成树脂通常为颗粒状形状,在造粒过程需添加外润滑剂以减少与后加工设备如注塑或挤出成型机械的摩擦,提高加工效率和改善制品外观质量。本文在聚苯乙烯树脂聚合装置的造粒系统采用液态外润滑剂替代粉末状固态外润滑剂,通过喷射将液态外润滑剂均匀、稳定地加入至飞行粒料中,利用了料粒气力输送过程进一步混合均匀,减少粒料的摩擦系数。改善固态粉末外润滑剂容易飞散、与树脂颗粒表面附着力差影响润滑效果的缺点;同时改善了造粒车间环境,有利于生产安全、职业卫生及环保。
Synthetic resins are usually in granular shape,and external lubricants are added during the granulation process to reduce friction with post-processing equipment such as injection molding or extrusion molding machinery,improve processing efficiency and improve the appearance quality of products.In this paper,in the pelletizing system of synthetic resin polymerization unit,liquid external lubricant is used instead of powder solid external lubricant,and the liquid external lubricant is added evenly and stably to the flying particles by spraying.The pneumatic conveying process of particles is used to further mix and reduce the friction coefficient of particles.Improve the solid powder external lubricant easy to fly,poor adhesion to the surface of the resin particles affect the lubrication effect;At the same time,the environment of the granulation workshop is improved,which is conducive to production safety,occupational health and environmental protection.
