摘要
基于阳极氧化废水的水质特性,以东莞某共性园区的为例,含镍废水采用预处理+双膜法+MVR蒸发器实现零排放,其余各类废水经过预处理后汇集至综合废水,经芬顿氧化/混凝沉淀/A^(2)O/MBR等工艺深度处理后,出水达到广东省《电镀污染物排放标准》(DB44/1597-2015)中的表3标准后排放。运行结果表明,该工艺系统运行稳定,有效的实现了废水的达标排放与中水回用。
Based on the water quality characteristics of anodic oxidation wastewater,taking a common park in Dongguan as an example,nickel containing wastewater is treated with pre-treatment,double meMBRane method,and MVR evaporator to achieve zero discharge.The other types of wastewater are collected into comprehensive wastewater after pre-treatment,which is further treated by Fenton oxidation/coagulation sedimentation/A^(2)O/MBR processes.The effluent meets the standards in Table 3 of Guangdong Province's“Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standards”(DB44/1597-2015)before discharge.The operation results indicate that the process system operates stably and effectively achieves the standard discharge of wastewater and the reuse of reclaimed water.
