摘要
通过对污水处理站缺氧池活性污泥,采用有效容积为2 L的序批式反应器,通过控制其碳氮比(C/N),实现短程反硝化驯化。开展了不同浓度的重金属铬离子(Cr^(6+))对胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,EPS)与抗生素相互作用的影响实验。结果表明:当投入1 mg/L Cr^(6+)时,EPS中的蛋白质和多糖的基团中的结合位点增多,可能促进EPS与磺胺甲恶唑(Sulfamethoxazole,SMX)的相互作用,或是羰基、醚、羟基等官能团可能有部分与SMX脱附,而与Cr^(6+)结合。上述结果对重金属和抗生素复合污染水体的净化机制探索有一定的参考价值。
Through the active sludge of the hypoxic pool of the sewage treatment station,the order-type reactor with an effective volume of 2 L is adopted to control its carbon nitrogen ratio(C/N)to achieve short-range and nitrification and domestication.Experiments were carried out on the effect of different concentrations of the heavy metal chromium ion(Cr^(6+))on the interaction of Extracellular Polymeric Substances(EPS)with antibiotics.The results showed that when 1 mg/L Cr^(6+)was introduced,the binding sites in the protein and polysaccharide moieties of EPS increased,which might promote the interaction between EPS and Sulfamethoxazole(SMX),or the functional groups such as carbonyl,ether and hydroxyl groups might partially desorb from SMX and bind to Cr^(6+).The above results have a certain reference value for the purification mechanism of heavy metals and antibiotic composite pollution water bodies.
