垃圾焚烧行业大气污染物排放达标分析

摘要 垃圾焚烧作为固体垃圾的一种主要处理方式,应在固体垃圾减量化处理的同时,确保不对生态环境造成严重的空气污染。通过分析2021年全国垃圾焚烧炉的全年日均值数据,对比欧盟工业排放指令垃圾焚烧烟气排放限值2010及我国部分较严格的地方标准排放限值,讨论垃圾焚烧行业对空气质量的影响。结果表明:CO、颗粒物、NO_(x)、SO_(2)、HCl等五项污染物排放均值已全部达国标。其中,CO、颗粒物、NO_(x)、SO_(2)、HCl均远低于国标要求的最低排放限值,CO排放情况最优,甚至低于国标限值的86%;2021年5月在全年的所有月份中排放量最少,且污染物排放浓度较为稳定,均在全年处于上游状态。 As a main treatment method of solid waste,waste incineration should notcause serious air pollution to the ecological environment while reducing the treatment of solid waste.By analyzing the annual average daily value data of national waste incinerators in 2021,the impact of waste incineration industry on air pollution is discussed by comparing the emission limit of waste incineration flue gas in EU industrial emission directive 2010 and some stricter local standard emission limits in China.The results show that the average emission of CO,particulate matter,NO_(x),SO_(2) and HCl have all reached the national standard.Among them,CO,particulate matter,NO_(x),SO_(2) and HCl are far lower than the minimum emission limit required by the national standard,and the emission of CO is the best,even lower than 86%of the national standard limit.In May 2021,the emission is the least in all months of the year,and the pollutant emission concentration is relatively stable,all in the upstream state throughout the year.
