摘要
采用层次分析法对老旧教学建筑进行消防安全能力评估,构建建筑防火、消防设施等5个二级评价指标和19个三级评价指标,计算各项指标体系的权重,并结合建筑实际情况,对老旧教学建筑进行综合消防安全能力评估。评估结果表明:层次分析法可定量计算出老旧教学建筑消防安全能力评分,克服了定性分析的缺点。学校可根据评估结果采取有针对性的措施,提升消防安全能力。
Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to evaluate the fire safety capability of old teaching buildings,5 secondary evaluation indicators such as building fire prevention and fire-fighting facilities,and 19 tertiary evaluation indicators were constructed.The weights of each indicator system were calculated,and a comprehensive fire safety capability evaluation of old teaching buildings was conducted based on the actual situation of the building.The evaluation results show that the AHP can quantitatively calculate the fire safety capability score of old teaching buildings,overcoming the shortcomings of qualitative analysis.Based on the evaluation results,schools can take targeted measures to enhance their fire safety capabilities.
