摘要
辅导员与思政教师协同育人意识和能力决定着思政教育的实际成效。以协同理论为载体,探讨高职院校辅导员与思政教师协同育人之必然,并对其协同育人之困境与模式进行分析。高职院校落实立德树人根本任务、加速构建大思政格局、切实提高人才培养能力是育人之必然,但面临顶层设计缺乏整体性、育人实施过程各自为营、合作平台建设长期缺位等问题。高职院校辅导员与思政教师协同育人,应构建职能部门与学院、学区与舍区、辅导员与担任班主任的思政教师、业务与实践结合的“四联系”模式,稳固教育主体功能,助力协同育人方向。
The awareness and ability of counselors and ideological and political teachers to cooperate in educating people determines the actual effect of ideological and political education.Based on the synergy theory,this paper discusses the necessity of collaborative education between counselors and ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the dilemma and mode of collaborative education.It is inevitable for higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,accelerate the construction of“great ideological and political”pattern,and effectively improve the ability of talents training,but they are faced with problems such as lack of integrity in top-level design,fragmented implementation process of education,and long-term absence of cooperation platform construction.In the collaborative education of counselors and ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges,we should build a“four-contact”model of functional departments and colleges,school districts and dormitories,counselors and ideological and political teachers as class teachers,and vocational study and practical training,so as to stabilize the main function of education and boost the direction of collaborative education.
