阿芙拉型油船线型设计与优化

摘要 以一艘阿芙拉型油船为研究对象,对其快速性能优化方法和详细过程进行介绍。采用将CAD(Computer Aided Design)软件CAESES与计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件Shipflow相结合的方法对船舶线型进行多工况条件下的深入优化,分析对比有无球艏的艏部设计方案;同时,采用桨前节能导管提高螺旋桨的推进效率。快速性试验结果表明,对船舶进行线型优化和加装节能导管,能取得良好的快速性优化效果。经实船试航验证,优化后船舶的航速能超过试验预报的航速。 This paper introduces the method of optimizing the rapid performance of an Aframax oil tanker in detail.The CAD(Computer Aided Design)software CAESES is combined with the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software Shipflow to optimize the hull lines under multiple operating conditions.Bow designs with or without bulbous are analyzed and compared,and the preswirl energy-saving duct is used to improve the propulsive efficiency of the propeller.The results of the speed performance test indicate that the optimized hull lines and the added energy-saving conduits have led to a good rapidity optimization result and its trial onboard shows that the optimized ship speed has exceed the predicted speed of the experiment.
