Review of the Welding Process of Vaulted Storage Tank Body with Case Analysis

为提升海洋工程中拱顶储罐的建造和安装质量,以东方陆岸终端改造现场的质量检验实例为依托,总结该终端改造项目中涉及中拱顶储罐主体建造的焊接工艺和相关事项。根据中国船级社检验规范及相关焊接工艺,针对焊接过程中易出现的质量问题提出处理意见和整改建议,为提升储罐焊接的检验效率提供现场实践参考依据。

In order to improve the construction and installation of vaulted storage tank in marine project,this paper reviews the welding process and related factors involved in the construction of the vaulted storage tank of the terminal renovation project based on the quality inspection examples of the East Coast terminal renovation site.According to the inspection specifications of China Classification Society and relevant welding processes,practical solutions and rectification suggestions are proposed for the quality problems that are prone to occur in the welding process,so as to provide a reference for improving the on-site inspection efficiency of tank welding.
