摘要
温度传感器在液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)储存维护系统中扮演着重要的角色。根据温度传感器的定位要求,考虑船体的焊接开孔限制等因素,设计一种更适用于双燃料动力船温度传感器的安装工艺及相应的电缆敷设工艺,包括传感器定位技巧、穿舱件改良形式和电缆敷设流程等,更好地满足该类船现场施工的需求。
Temperature sensor plays a crucial role in the storage and maintenance system of liquefied natural gas(LNG).A feasible installation process and corresponding cable laying process for temperature sensors on dual fuel power ships have been designed according to the positioning requirements of temperature sensors in consideration of the factors such as welding hole limitations on the hull,which includes sensor positioning techniques,improved forms of penetrations,and cable laying processes,to better meet the actual construction needs of such ships on site.
