摘要
针对道路施工安全监管难的问题,基于开发的智能安全帽作业行为和生理参数监测数据的接入,研发一种道路施工的安全监管平台。以现场数据硬件采集为基础,以云服务器、云网关、云平台为纽带,通过对作业时智能安全帽脱帽等不安全行为与作业人员生理参数的分析和统计,建立预警判定规则,实现施工人员的作业行为安全和身体状况的远程监测,并以短信和平台提示的方式将运行信息及时发送给作业人员和相关管理人员进行提醒,从而实现系统在线实时监管的功能,提高施工现场安全管理水平。
In view of the problem of difficult road construction safety supervision,a safety supervision platform for road construction is developed based on the access of the monitoring data of the operation behavior of developed intelligent safety helmets and physiological parameters.Based on on-site data hardware collection,with cloud servers,cloud gateways and cloud platforms as links,through the analysis and statistics of unsafe behaviors such as intelligent safety helmet removal during operation and the physiological parameters of operators,this platform establishes early warning and judgment rules,realizes the remote monitoring of the operation behavior safety and physical condition of constructors,and timely sends operation information to operators and relevant management personnel to remind them by the methods of SMS and platform prompts,so as to realize the function of the online real-time supervision of the system,and improve the safety management level of construction sites.
