电动汽车碳减排核算模型分析及碳普惠应用

摘要 燃油汽车二氧化碳排放总量是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要组成部分,电动汽车的广泛普及、汽车的技术革新,将极大地推动陆上交通运输行业顺利实现“双碳”目标。研究电动汽车碳减排核算模型将积极影响行业构建从制造到应用完整的绿色循环体系,对电动汽车节能减碳行为进行具体量化和赋予一定价值,建立以政策鼓励、商业激励和碳减排量普惠交易相结合的正向引导碳普惠机制,推动我国电动汽车绿色快速发展。该文将从电动汽车碳减排核算模型与碳普惠应用分析进行阐述。 The total carbon dioxide emission of fuel vehicles is an important part of the realization of the"dual carbon"goal in China,and the widespread popularity of electric vehicles and the technological innovation of automobiles will greatly promote the smooth realization of the"dual carbon"goal in the land transportation industry.Studying the carbon emission reduction accounting model of electric vehicles will positively affect the industry to build a complete green cycle system from manufacturing to application,specifically quantify and endow certain value to the energy-saying and carbon-reduction behavior of electric vehicles,and establish a forward-guided carbon inclusive mechanism combining policy encouragement,business incentives and the inclusive trading of carbon emission reduction,so as to promote the green rapid development of electric vehicles in China.This paper will expound the carbon emission reduction accounting model of electric vehicles and the application analysis of carbon inclusion.
