钢纤维混凝土配筋梁力学性能试验研究

摘要 混凝土材料的力学性能对建筑工程的影响十分显著。该文通过对掺有不同比例钢纤维的标准混凝土立方体试块开展抗压破坏试验,获得了立方体破坏形态与加载时间-破坏荷载曲线;通过对掺有不同比例钢纤维的混凝土配筋梁开展静载试验,获得了受力钢筋应变时程、跨中位移变化曲线等试验结果。试验结果表明:添加钢纤维能够显著改善混凝土的力学性能,使试件中水泥、砂石骨料以及钢筋的协同受力性能得到一定的提高;钢纤维含量越高,试件表面裂纹越少,试件在承受荷载后的损伤越小。 The mechanical properties of concrete materials have a very significant impact on construction engineering.By carrying out compressive failure tests on standard concrete cubes mixed with different proportions of steel fibers,the failure modes of cubes and the loading time-failure load curve are obtained.By carrying out static load tests on concrete reinforced beams mixed with different proportions of steel fibers,test results such as the strain time history and mid-span displacement curve of stressed steel bars are obtained.Test results show that the mechanical properties of concrete can be significantly improved by adding steel fibers,and the synergistic mechanical properties of cement,sand aggregate and steel bars in the specimen can be improved to a certain extent,and that the more steel fiber content is,the fewer cracks are on the surface of the specimen,and the smaller the damage of the specimen is after bearing the load.
