摘要
以新建潍坊至烟台铁路工程ZQSG-6标段大理路中桥1~64m简支拱桥为依托,该文阐述了钢管拱肋加工、安装和施工等重难点,以及如何采用拱脚现场散拼法,解决了由于拱脚内钢筋布排密集,系杆与端横梁预应力孔道穿越其中,混凝土浇筑困难的难题。对拱部线性检测和应力监测发现,拱部线形变化满足施工要求,在规定年限对线形变化进行预测,线形变化满足施工寿命要求,并且应力和吊杆张力都满足运营阶段的要求,拱部结构在安全范围内。为以后类似工程项目提供技术支持。
Relying on the 1-64m simply-supported arch bridge of the medium bridge over the Dali Road in the ZQSG-6 section of the newly-built Weifang to Yantai railway project,this paper expounds the major difficulties such as the processing,installation and construction of steel pipe arch ribs,and uses the on-site scattering method to solve the problem of difficult concrete pouring due to the dense arrangement of steel bars in the arch foot and the prestressed holes of the tie rod and the end beam passing through it.Through the linear detection and stress monitoring of the arch,it is found that the linear change of the arch meets construction requirements,and through predicting the linear change at the specified age,it is found the linear change meets the requirements of the construction life,the stress and boom tension meet the requirements of the operation stage,and that the arch structure is within the safe range,which provides technical support for future similar engineering projects.
