适应大数据、智能化新形势下科技情报研究的方法体系对科技情报、科技创新工作至关重要。该文以现阶段科技情报研究的问题为基础,结合决策者对大样本的需求,探究了科技情报工作的方法体系。结果显示:对于公开信息研究,需从人力驱动型科技情报研究模式转向大数据智能化分析科技情报研究模式,过程中需要人员、工具、体制上的协同;对于核心情报研究,得出了核心技术资料的获取路径。大数据智能化分析科技情报研究模式能够在有限的时间产出高质量的情报研究成果,为决策者提供支持,为技术高质量发展提供支撑。

The method system of scientific and technological information research which adapts to the new situation of big data and intelligence is very important for scientific and technological information and scientific and technological innovation work.Based on the problems of scientific and technological information research at the present stage,this paper explores the method system of scientific and technological information work in combination with the needs of decision makers for large samples.Research results shows that for open information research,it is necessary to change from the human-driven scientific and technological information research mode to the scientific and technological information research mode based on intelligent big data analysis and require the coordination of personnel,tools and systems in this process,and that for core information research,the acquisition path of core technology data is obtained.The scientific and technological intelligence research mode based on intelligent big data analysis can produce high-quality intelligence research results in limited time,which provides support for decision makers and provides support for the high-quality development of technology.
