生态翻译学视角下中医文化传播的归化与异化

Domestication and Foreignization in the Dissemination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture from the Perspective of Ecological Translatology

中医是中华传统文化的瑰宝,在许多疾病的预防、治疗和预后上有着显著功效,其国际化发展植根于中医文化的对外传播。在全球化的推动下,中医引起了全世界的广泛关注,中医文化对外传播的重要性日益凸显。此文评析了中医文化对外传播的必要性和难点,并从理论体系和语言特点方面解析了中医文化的独特之处,立足于生态翻译学基本理论,剖析了译者基于原语生态环境和译语生态环境做出的适应性选择,重点探讨了中医文化对外翻译中的归化与异化策略,提出意译、增译、直译、音译、音意结合等具体方法,旨在推进中医文化的对外传播。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a treasure of traditional Chinese culture,and has significant effects on the preven⁃tion,treatment and prognosis of many diseases.Its international development is rooted in the foreign communication of TCM culture.Driven by globalization,TCM has attracted wide attention around the world,and the foreign communication of TCM culture is becom⁃ing increasingly important.This paper evaluated the necessity and difficulty of TCM culture dissemination and the uniqueness of TCM culture,analyzed the adaptive choices made by translators based on eco-translatology,discussed the strategies of domestication and foreignization,and put forward such specific methods as free translation,amplification translation,literal translation,and combination of sound and transliteration,aiming to promote the external dissemination of TCM culture.
