基于关联规则与聚类分析探讨中药治疗奥密克戎新冠肺炎的用药规律

The Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription in the Treatment of Omicron COVID 19 Based on Association Rules and Clustering Algorithm

目的探讨中医药治疗奥密克戎毒株引起的新型冠状病毒(以下简称“新冠”)肺炎的用药规律。方法收集2022年2月—2022年4月赣州市由奥密克戎毒株引起的新冠肺炎患者的中药处方资料,基于关联规则、K均值聚类分析模型等方法分析中药治疗奥密克戎新冠肺炎的组方规律。结果共纳入经中医治疗的奥密克戎新冠肺炎患者11例。获得中药处方20张,涉及中药共计58味。前5位高频药物为甘草、杏仁、陈皮、白术、藿香,中药四气以温性和寒性为主,五味以辛、苦、甘为主,归经以肺经为主,药物功效以解表、补虚、清热、利水渗湿为主,挖掘共得到高频药物组合15对、关联规则17条,聚类分析获得3类组方。结论赣州地区治疗奥密克戎新冠肺炎使用的中药以解表类药物为主,佐以补虚、清热类药物等,相关药物与类方组合在一定程度上揭示了中医辨治奥密克戎新冠肺炎的用药规律,为临床治疗奥密克戎新冠肺炎提供用药参考。

Objective To analyze the rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescription in the treatment of omicron COVID-19.Methods Data on TCM prescriptions of TCM used in patients with omicron COVID-19 in Ganzhou from February 2022 to April 2022 were collected.The rule of TCM in the treatment of omicron COVID-19 was analyzed Based on association rules and K-means cluster⁃ing algorithm model.Results A total of 11 omicron COVID-19 patients who were treated with TCM were enrolled,including 20 TCM prescriptions and 58 TCM matetials.The top five high-frequency drugs are Licorice,almond,tangerine peel,Atractylodes atracty⁃lodes,patchouli.The majority effect of the medicines are warm and cold.The medicinal flavors are hot,bitter,and sweet.The meridian of medicines is mainly attributed to lung meridian.The drug category is mainly relieving the surface,tonifying deficiency,clearing away heat and benefiting water and dampness.15 high-frequency drug combinations and 17 association rules were obtained,and 3 groups were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The surface relieving drugs is the mainly composition of TCM in treatment of Omicron COVID-19 in Ganzhou area,supplemented by drugs for deficiency and heat clearing.The combination of related drugs and prescriptions to some extent reveals the rule of prescription of TCM in treatment of omicron COVID-19,providing medication refer⁃ence for clinical treatment of omicron COVID-19.
