明清时期岭南瘟疫理论研究

Research on the Theory of Lingnan Plague in Ming and Qing Dynasties

岭南地区因独特的地理位置和明清时期的社会环境,成为霍乱、鼠疫、天花等烈性传染病的流行地。通过对明清时期岭南地区的文献进行研究,发现当时烈性传染病的流行也催生出了一些优秀的疫病学著作,对疫病理论创新和发展起到了极大的推动作用。而对这些理论的挖掘,有利于中医药瘟疫学理论进一步发展,为将来疫情防控提供指导价值。

Because of its unique geographical location and social environment in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the Lingnan area has become an endemic area of cholera,plague,smallpox and other severe infectious diseases.Through the literature research in the Ling⁃nan area during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,it is found that the epidemic diseases also spawned some excellent epidemiological works,and played a great role in promoting the innovation and development of epidemic theories.It is also conducive to the further de⁃velopment of traditional Chinese medicine plague theory and provides guiding value for future epidemic prevention and control.
