中医护理结合中频脉冲电疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Intermediate Frequency Pulse Electrotherapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探讨中频脉冲电疗法应用于腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效评价。方法选择2021年5月—2022年1月收治的60例LDH患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予传统中药熏洗,观察组给予中频脉冲电疗法。治疗相同时间后,比较2组临床症状缓解程度、治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)和改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及护理满意程度。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,ODI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论中医护理结合中频脉冲电疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可以使患者的症状得到一定程度的改善,降低复发率,并且可有效降低疼痛及提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH).Methods 60 patients with LDH treated from May 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases and observation group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and the ob-servation group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse.After the same time of treatment,the degree of remission of clinical symptoms,VAS and ODI scores before and after treatment and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ODI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfac-tion rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).Con-clusion Under the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy,the symptoms of patients can be improved to a certain extent,the recurrence rate can be reduced,and the pain can be effectively re-duced and the quality of life can be improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
