线上中西医结合健康教育对恶性肿瘤患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Conducting Online Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Health Education on the Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Patients with Malignant Tumors

目的研究开展线上中西医结合健康教育对恶性肿瘤患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2022年12月九江市第一人民医院收治的60例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组患者接受线上中西医结合健康教育,对照组患者接受常规干预,比较干预前后患者的抑郁、焦虑以及生活质量评分。结果干预前,2组患者的抑郁、焦虑以及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后研究组患者的抑郁、焦虑以及生活质量评分比对照组均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疫情期间开展线上中西医结合健康教育可以改善患者的抑郁、焦虑以及生活质量评分,提升生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western health education on the psychologi⁃ cal status and quality of life of patients with malignant tumors. Methods Sixty patients with malignant tumor admitted to Jiujiang First People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the study group received online integrated tra⁃ ditional Chinese and Western medicine health education, and patients in the control group received routine intervention. The depres⁃ sion, anxiety and quality of life scores of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the depression, anxiety and quality of life scores of patients in the study group and the control group (P>0.05). After the intervention, the depression, anxiety and quality of life scores of patients in the study group im⁃ proved compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Online inte⁃ grated traditional Chinese medicine and Western education during the epidemic can improve patients’ depression, anxiety, and qual⁃ ity of life scores, and enhance quality of life.
