药学类专业课程体系改革与教育质量分析探讨

Curriculum System Reform of Pharmacy Specialty and Analysis of the Education Quality

此文在比较2018年与2013年药学类专业教学大纲的基础上,就教育体系的模式、结构及特点和具体的课程设置对新版药学类专业课程体系改革后学生的培养情况做了问卷调查,并做了教育质量对比分析。在问卷调查过程中发现,中医药院校如何在现有教学大纲基础上将药学类专业的人才培养与中医药现代化更好地融合、如何全面提高药学专业人才的综合素质等问题急需解决。根据问卷调查中所存在的问题,作者提出只有通过继续深化教学模式改革、优化课程体系、改革教学方法和教学手段,关注学生实践技能和综合素质的提高,才能培养出适应社会竞争的创新人才。

On the basis of comparing the syllabus in 2018 and 2013 of pharmacy specialty,this paper made a questionnaire on the training situation of students after the reform of the new version of pharmacy specialty curriculum system in terms of the mode,struc-ture and characteristics of the education system and the specific curriculum setting,and made a comparative analysis of the education quality.According to the questionnaire,there were some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as how to better integrate the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals with the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and how to improve the comprehen-sive quality of pharmaceutical professionals on the basis of the existing syllabus.According to the existing problems,it is proposed that only by continuing to deepen the reform of teaching mode,optimizing curriculum system,reforming teaching methods and means,and paying attention to the improvement of practical skills and comprehensive quality of students,can innovative talents adapt to social competition be cultivated.
