CO_(2)点阵激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果

Clinical Effect of CO_(2) Fractional Laser in Treatment of Acne Rosacea

目的:探讨CO_(2)点阵激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月白银市中心医院皮肤科收治的玫瑰痤疮患者82例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组丘疹脓疱、红斑与毛细血管扩张程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:CO_(2)点阵激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果确切,安全性高,能够改善患者皮损情况。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of CO_(2)fractional laser in treatment of acne rosacea.Methods:A total of 82 patients with acne rosacea who were treated in the Dermatology Department of Baiyin Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with CO_(2)fractional laser.The treatment effects in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of papules,pustules,erythema,and telangiectasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:CO_(2)fractional laser in treatment of acne rosacea has definite effect and high safety,and can ameliorate skin lesions in patients.
