布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗类百日咳综合征的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline Atomizing Inhalation in Treatment of Pertussis-Like Syndrome

目的:分析布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗类百日咳综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年5月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的类百日咳综合征患儿86例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予氨溴索、乳糖酸红霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状好转时间、肺功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。观察组痉挛性咳嗽、憋闷、肺部阳性体征好转时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组呼吸频率低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组潮气量、吸呼比高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:类百日咳综合征患儿应用布地奈德联合特布他林治疗的效果显著,能够缩短治疗时间,改善肺功能,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze clinical effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomizing inhalation in treatment of pertussis-like syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 children with pertussis-like syndrome treated in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol and erythromycin lactobionate,and the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline atomizing inhalation on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,symptom improvement time,pulmonary function index and adverse reaction in two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).The improvement time of spasmodic cough,suffocation,and positive pulmonary signs,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the respiratory rate in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the tidal volume and inspiratory/expiratory ratio in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline in treatment of pertussis-like syndrome in children is significant,which can shorten treatment time and improve lung function,with high safety.
