摘要
目的:探讨苯溴马隆治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月泰安市立医院收治的痛风伴高尿酸血症患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组均行基础治疗,对照组予以别嘌醇治疗,观察组予以苯溴马隆治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。治疗前,两组血尿酸、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血尿酸、ALT、Scr、BUN水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:苯溴马隆治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的效果显著,可改善患者肾功能,减轻炎性反应。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of benzbromarone in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gout and hyperuricemia admitted to Taian Municipal Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups underwent basic treatment,the control group received allopurinol treatment,and the observation group received benzbromarone treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of serum uric acid,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum uric acid,ALT,Scr and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL 1β,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Benzbromarone has significant effects in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia,and can improve renal function and reduce inflammatory reaction in patients.
