微创等离子消融术治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大的临床效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Minimally Invasive Plasma Ablation in Treatment of Tonsils and Adenoid Hypertrophy In Children

目的:探讨微创等离子消融术治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的扁桃体腺样体肥大患儿82例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组行扁桃体剥离术联合腺样体刮除术治疗,观察组行微创等离子消融术治疗。比较两组手术指标、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:微创等离子消融术治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大的效果显著,可优化手术指标,缩短手术时间与术后康复时间,减轻术后疼痛程度,提升术后舒适度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive plasma ablation in the treatment of tonsils and adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods:A total of 82 children with tonsils and adenoid hypertrophy admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received tonsillectomy by dissection combined with adenoidectomy,and the observation group received minimally invasive plasma ablation.The surgical indicators,treatment effect and complications were compared between two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative pain duration and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:Minimally invasive plasma ablation in treatment of tonsils and adenoid hypertrophy in children has significant effects,which can optimize surgical indicators,shorten operation time and postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce postoperative pain,improve postoperative comfort,and reduce complications incidence.
