小剂量阿立哌唑联合帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Small-Dose Aripiprazole Combined with Paliperidone in Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的:探讨小剂量阿立哌唑联合帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月菏泽市荣军医院收治的精神分裂症患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组给予帕利哌酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小剂量阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。治疗前后,两组血清泌乳素水平比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:小剂量阿立哌唑联合帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of small-dose aripiprazole combined with paliperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 78 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Heze Rongjun Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received paliperidone alone,and the observation group received low-dose aripiprazole on basis of control group.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of positive and negative syndrome scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of positive and negative syndrome scale in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in serum prolactin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose aripiprazole combined with paliperidone has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of schizophrenia,which can improve clinical symptoms without increasing adverse reactions.
