全程护理在雾化吸入治疗哮喘患儿中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-Process Nursing in Atomizing Inhalation Treatment of Asthma Children

目的:探讨全程护理在雾化吸入治疗哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年5月山东省泰安市妇幼保健院收治的哮喘患儿60例作为研究对象,采取信封法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。两组患儿均实施雾化吸入治疗,对照组给予传统护理,研究组给予全程护理。比较两组肺功能指标、治疗依从性、家属护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组用力肺活量、最大呼气流量、每分钟最大通气量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组用力肺活量、最大呼气流量高于对照组,每分钟最大通气量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。研究组患儿家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:全程护理在雾化吸入治疗哮喘患儿中的应用效果显著,可改善其肺功能,提升患儿治疗依从性与家属护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-course nursing in atomizing inhalation treatment of children with asthma.Methods:A total of 60 children with asthma admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital in Shandong Province from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The children were divided into control group and study group by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.All the children were treated with atomizing inhalation.The control group was given traditional nursing and the study group was given whole-course nursing.The lung function indexes,treatment compliance,and family satisfaction with nursing in two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in forced vital capacity,maximal expiratory flow and maximum ventilation per minute between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the forced vital capacity and maximal expiratory flow in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the maximum ventilation per minute in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total treatment compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).The total satisfaction of family with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:The application effect of whole-process nursing in the atomizing inhalation treatment of asthma children is remarkable,which can improve lung function,improve treatment compliance of children and family satisfaction with nursing.
