综合护理在肱骨骨折患者护理中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Humeral Fracture

目的:分析综合护理在肱骨骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2021年7月常德市澧县中医医院骨科收治的肱骨骨折患者73例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)与研究组(n=37)。两组均接受手术治疗,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理。比较两组疼痛情况、并发症发生情况、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。护理前,两组身体质量、生理功能、情绪质量、精神健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组身体质量、生理功能、情绪质量、精神健康评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:综合护理能够有效缓解肱骨骨折患者疼痛情况,降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with humeral fracture.Methods:A total of 73 patients with humeral fracture admitted to Department of Orthopaedics,Changde Lixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=36)and study group(n=37)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with surgery,the control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The pain status,complication occurrence,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in physical mass,physiological function,emotional quality and mental health scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the physical mass,physiological function,emotional quality and mental health scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can effectively relieve the pain of patients with humeral fracture,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
