摘要
课堂教学目标设计技能是高等师范院校师范生应具备的专业核心素养之一。主要探析了课堂教学目标设计在表述格式、行为主体、动词使用、表述要素等方面存在的问题,提出了深化教育理论的认知学习,树立“以生为本”的教育理念,把握三维目标内涵关系,掌握目标设计操作要领的措施,进而提高师范生的教学能力。
Classroom teaching objective design skills are one of the core professional qualities that normal students in higher normal colleges should have.It mainly explores the problems existing in the design of classroom teaching objectives in terms of expression format,actor,verb use,expression elements,etc.,puts forward the cognitive learning of deepening educational theory,establishes the"life-oriented"educational concept,grasps the three-dimensional goal connotation relationship,and masters the operational essentials of target design,so as to improve the teaching ability of normal students.
