情景模拟教学法在高职人力资源管理教学中的应用

Application of Scenario Simulation Pedagogy in the Teaching of Higher Vocational Human Resource Management

人力资源管理专业是对学生实践能力要求极高的专业之一。高职院校要想培养出实践能力突出的学生,就要加强应用情景模拟教学法。但是,情景模拟教学法的应用对教师的情景预设能力、课堂内师生互动模式以及课程评价的全面性要求较高。因此,高职人力资源管理教师应当在科学选景、实况演示的前提下,明确人力资源管理教学目标,对学生展开多元评价,保证教学的实际效果。基于此,对情景模拟教学法在高职人力资源管理教学中的应用进行了探讨,提出了科学选景、实况演示,摆正定位、优化教学方法,明确目标、多元评价的措施,以供参考。

Human resource management is one of the majors with extremely high requirements for students’practical ability.If vocational colleges and universities want to cultivate students with outstanding practical ability,they must strengthen the application of scenario simulation teaching methods.However,the application of scenario simulation teaching method has high requirements for teachers’ability to preset scenarios,teacher-student interaction modes in the classroom,and comprehensiveness of course evaluation.Therefore,higher vocational human resource management teachers should clarify the teaching objectives of human resource management under the premise of scientific scene selection and live demonstration,and carry out multiple evaluations of students to ensure the actual effect of teaching.Based on this,the application of scenario simulation teaching method in the teaching of higher vocational human resource management was discussed,and measures such as scientific scene selection,live demonstration,correct positioning,optimization of teaching methods,clarification of objectives and multiple evaluations were proposed for reference.
