新时代十年海外中国共产党研究现状、热点与展望

Current Situation,Hot Spots and Prospects of Overseas CPC Research in the Past Decade of the New Era

新时代以来,海外对中国共产党的研究持续升温。选择Web of Science数据库核心合集在2013年至2022年6月30日且以“中国共产党”为主题的文献作为分析对象,利用CiteSpace软件对海外中囯共产党研究分析。研究发现:新时代以来,海外中国共产党的研究重心主要涉及治国理政、官员晋升、基层治理三方面的议题;呈现研究队伍不断扩大、问题意识明确、研究理论与方式多样化、研究逐渐转向中观、微观研究等研究特点;但也存在研究不够全面,以偏概全,未能实事求是等不足。为此,对海外中国共产党研究做出整体、综合理解和把握,讲好中国故事,传递好中国声音,可以更好地在危机中育新机、于变局中开新局,为党的二十大理论研究和海外宣传工作提供有益的借鉴。

Since the new era,overseas research on the CPC has continued to heat up.This paper analyzed overseas research on the CPC based on the literature with the theme of“The Communist Party of China”between 2013 and 2022 in the core col⁃lection of Web of Science databases with CiteSpace software.The study found that the overseas research on the CPC mainly fo⁃cused on three aspects:governance of China,promotion of officials,and primary-level governance in the regime;it showed the characteristics of a continuous expansion of the research team,clear problem awareness,diversification of research theories and methods,and a gradual shift from macro research to mesoscopic and microscopic research.However,there are also deficiencies,such as exaggeration and a lack of understanding of China’s history and culture,etc.Therefore,making a holistic and compre⁃hensive understanding and grasp of the study of the CPC overseas,telling the Chinese story and transmitting Chinese voice can better cultivate new opportunities in the crisis and open a new situation in the changing situation.This study can provide useful references for the theoretical research of the 20th National Congress and overseas propaganda work.
