智能生产中各种预测模型的研究

Research on Various Predictive Models in Intelligent Production

随着信息化技术的普遍应用,制造业普遍积极探索应用智能化、自动化生产,尤其是在世界制造业以客户需求为主导的大背景下,各种预测模型在产品质量控制、生产过程控制、原材料采购、市场预测等环节的应用成为主流研究对象。基于制造业在各环节中所产生的海量数据,分析后形成预测的人工智能技术是各国制造业追求发展突破的重点。我国制造业正处于转型升级的重要时期,本文从数据分析形成预测的智能模型理论出发,梳理国内外该技术的研究应用。

With the widespread application of information technology,the manufacturing industry is actively exploring the application of intelligent and automated production,especially in the global manufacturing industry dominated by customer demand.The application of various prediction models in product quality control,production process control,raw material procurement,market forecasting and other aspects has become the mainstream research object.The artificial intelligence technology based on the massive data generated by the manufacturing industry in various stages and analyzed to form predictions is a key focus for the manufacturing industry in various countries to pursue development breakthroughs.China's manufacturing industry is in an important period of transformation and upgrading.Starting from the intelligent model theory of data analysis and prediction,this paper reviews the research and application of this technology at home and abroad.
