摘要
针对现有的一次风运行控制逻辑下存在磨煤机冷热风门动作相互干扰严重、磨煤机运行工况不稳定、电耗不可控等问题,本文研究了基于自适应寻优锅炉一次风宽负荷先进控制系统。该系统可通过在锅炉DCS系统一次风压控制器中增加新的控制策略,实现动态自适应锅炉一次风控制,在保证磨煤机通风量及风速一定的条件下,最大限度地降低一次风机电耗,提高一次风系统的自动调节品质和锅炉效率。
In response to the problems of severe mutual interference between the cold and hot air valves of the coal mill,unstable operating conditions of the coal mill,and uncontrollable power consumption under the existing primary air operation control logic,this paper studies an advanced control system based on adaptive optimization for boiler primary air wide load.This system can achieve dynamic adaptive boiler primary air control by adding a new control strategy to the primary air pressure controller of the boiler DCS system.Under the condition of ensuring a certain ventilation volume and wind speed of the coal mill,the power consumption of the primary air fan is minimized,and the automatic regulation quality of the primary air system and boiler efficiency are improved.
