双传感器自主动态调整恒温控制系统

摘要 恒温控制过程存在时滞、热惯性以及鲁棒性较差等问题,本文采用双传感器分别测量热源温场动态温度T1和目标温场动态温度T2,通过热力学关联公式,依据测量值T2计算T1允许值Ty,并与T1测量值进行对比,根据比值大小控制加热开关,超前预估控制热源温场温度可有效保证目标温场精确趋近目标温度。实验结果证明,这种双变量自主动态调整恒温控制方法有效消除了时滞、热惯性以及环境变化等诸多因素对控制系统的影响,系统依据函数关系自主动态调整,控制平稳,无需自整定学习即可实现高精度恒温。 In the process of constant temperature control,there are problems such as time delay,thermal inertia,and poor robustness.Dual sensors are used to measure the dynamic temperature T,of the heat source temperature field and the dynamic temperature T2 of the target temperature field.Through thermodynamic correlation formulas,the allowable value T,of T,is calculated based on the measured value T2,and compared with the measured value Ti.The heating switch is controlled according to the ratio size,and the heat source temperature field temperature controlled in advance is estimated to effectively ensure that the target temperature field accurately approaches the target temperature.The experimental results show that this bivariate autonomous dynamic adjustment constant temperature control method effectively eliminates the influence of many factors such as time delay,thermal inertia,and environmental changes on the control system.The system adjusts itself dynamically based on functional relationships,and the control is stable,achieving high-precision constant temperature without the need for self tuning learning.
