摘要
针对某天然气终端处理厂11 000 kW热媒炉机组因3个关键温度检测经常跳变导致的机组停机问题,本文提出了将原虹润温度变送模块改为RoseMount温度变送器的处理办法。首先确认两种温度变送器的信号接线原理,然后考虑信号接线转换的可行性,最后将RoseMount温度变送器替换为原有的虹润温度变送模块。由于两种变送器信号接线原理不同,在现场作业中采用S7-300PLC的AI卡件实操接线转换,并接收4~20 mA信号。温度检测数据表明,RoseMount温度变送器有效提高了热媒炉机组温度的稳定性。
In view of the halting problem of the 11000 kW heat medium boiler unit caused by frequent tripping of three key temperature measurements in a natural gas terminal processing plant,this paper proposes the method of changing the original Hongrun temperature transmission module to RoseMount temperature transmitter.Firstly,confirm the signal wiring principles of the two temperature transmitters,then consider the feasibility of signal wiring conversion,and finally replace the RoseMount temperature transmitter with the original Hongrun temperature transmission module.Due to the different signal wiring principles of the two types of transmitters,the AI card of S7-300PLC is used for practical wiring conversion in on-site operations and receives 4~20 mA signals.The temperature detection data shows that the RoseMount temperature transmitter effectively improves the temperature stability of the heat medium boiler unit.
