核电海水取水口水下检测ROV的研发及应用

摘要 核电站海水取水口的运行状态会直接影响电厂运行的安全性和可靠性。本文结合核电站海水取水口的现场作业环境,采用水下ROV对水下拦污栅和构筑物进行检查和流速测量。结果表明,水下ROV可稳定、可靠地在复杂水文环境下长时间作业,可替代潜水员展开水下作业,减少了人工潜水作业,避免了重大的工业安全风险,降低了水下检测工作受气象及水文条件的影响,提高了水下检测效率,并可有效监控拦截网状态,防止因拦截网失效导致机组安全受到威胁,为核电厂冷源保障技术难题提供了解决方案。 The operational status of seawater intakes of nuclear power plants will directly affect the safety and reliability of plant operation.This paper combines the on-site operating environment of the seawater intake of a nuclear power plant and uses underwater ROV to inspect and measure the flow velocity of underwater trash racks and structures.The results show that the underwater ROV can work stably and reliably for a long time under the complex hydrological environment,can replace divers to carry out underwater operations,reduces manual diving operations,avoids major industrial safety risks,reduces the impact of underwater inspection work by meteorological and hydrological conditions,improves the efficiency of underwater inspection,and effectively monitors the state of interceptor net,prevents the failure of and provides a solution to interceptor net leading to the threat to the safety of the unit,the technical problems of nuclear power plant cold source security.
