高压开关柜隔离触头温度超限自动预警方法

Automatic Warning Method for Temperature Exceeding Limit of Isolation Contacts in High-Voltage Switch Cabinet

为实现对隔离触头温度的预警,本文以某高压开关柜隔离触头为例,提出温度超限自动预警方法。首先,利用光纤光栅传感器采集隔离触头温度数据;其次,建立隔离触头实测温度与传感器反馈温度之间的数字表达关系式,实时校正与补偿高压开关柜隔离触头温度感知误差;最后,计算隔离触头的温度超限预警值,当实测温度值超出预设的温度预警值时,实现对触头温度超限的自动预警。实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以精准监测隔离触头在运行中的温升,还可以根据具体温升情况,及时、准确地对温度超限自动预警。

To achieve temperature warning for isolation contacts,this paper proposes an automatic warning method for temperature exceeding limits,taking the isolation contacts of a certain high-voltage switchgear as an example.Firstly,using fiber optic grating sensors to collect temperature data of isolated contacts.Secondly,establish a digital expression relationship between the measured temperature of the isolation contact and the feedback temperature of the sensor,and real-time correct and compensate for the temperature perception error of the isolation contact in the high-voltage switchgear.Finally,calculate the temperature exceeding warning value of the isolation contact.When the measured temperature value exceeds the preset temperature warning value,automatic warning of the contact temperature exceeding the limit is achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only achieve precise monitoring of the temperature rise of the isolation contact during operation,but also timely and accurate automatic warning of temperature exceeding limits based on specific temperature rise situations.
