This paper develops a new transcranial pulse stimulation device. The device is proposed to use 1~2 mA controlled transcranial pulse electrical stimulation, using positive and negative 2 electrodes to form a loop, applying 1-2 mA controlled pulse current in the brain and combining it with a high-frequency pulse stimulation of 20 Hz to the brain,so as to cause changes in the resting membrane potentials of the neurons of the brain in order to modulate their excitability, and to realize the activation or inhibition of the neurons in the brain. In addition,it can regulate the synaptic connection between neurons,so that neurons undergo plastic changes and play a neuromodulatory role.Studies have shown that high-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation improves the functional connectivity of dopamine neurons in the striatum, which is expected to be used in the treatment of nicotine addiction.
