摘要
本文综述了发芽糙米中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的富集工艺及检测方法,以期为后续研究工作提供参考。
This paper reviewed the enrichment process and detection methods ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in germinated brown rice,in order to provide reference for future research work.
