摘要
对柴油发动机进行静态和瞬态循环试验,以三种热管理技术对柴油机排气温度的影响进行试验。试验结果显示,使用EGR、进气节气门和燃油喷射可以有效提高排气温度,且提高排气温度的效果最好的是进气节气门。优化了热管理策略,优化后,冷态瞬态循环和10%负载PEMS的油耗都有了一定程度的下降。
Static and transient cycle tests were conducted on diesel engines to investigate the effects of three thermal management technologies on the exhaust temperature of the engine.The experimental results show that the use of EGR,intake throttle,and fuel injection can effectively increase exhaust temperature,and the best effect of increasing exhaust temperature is the intake throttle.The thermal management strategy has been optimized,and after optimization,the fuel consumption of cold transient cycles and 10%load PEMS has decreased to a certain extent.
