行李箱盖台架振动试验方法的研究

摘要 行李箱盖作为汽车总成的重要组成部分,其疲劳耐久性能尤为关键。本文以某车型在整车试验场道路耐久试验过程中出现的行李箱盖拐角钣金开裂问题为例,从热点应力分析到工装设计再到台架振动试验执行,详细介绍了行李箱盖台架振动试验方法的研究过程。行李箱盖台架振动试验复现拐角钣金开裂的问题,同时验证整改方案的有效性,加速试验问题的复现及整改,最终建立行李箱盖台架振动试验方法。 As an important part of the automobile assembly,the trunk cover's fatigue durability is critical particularly.In this paper,the cracking of sheet metal at the corner of the trunk cover occurred in the road durability test of a vehicle in the whole vehicle test site is taken as an example.From hot spot stress analysis to tooling design to bench vibration test execution,the research process of the bench vibration test method of the trunk cover is introduced in detail.The bench vibration test of trunk cover reappears the problem of sheet metal cracking at the corner,verifies the effectiveness of the rectification plan,accelerates the recurrence and rectification of the test problem,and finally establishes the bench vibration test method of trunk cover.
