火力发电厂总平面紧凑布置,电气合理选用中高压系统电压等级和设备容量,选用节能型产品和技术等可有效降低厂用电率。在建设阶段正确处理投资与收益关系,科学评估节能增加投资与发电厂30年运行节省电费及社会效益。
Methods such as reasonable selection of compact general layout of thermal power plant,medium and high voltage system voltage level and equipment capacity,and energy-saving products and technologies can effectively reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate.And the relationship between investment and income should also be properly handled in the construction stage.
