生成式AI工具的出现,给包括建筑与场景设计在内的设计行业,带来了全新的机遇与挑战。简要介绍了生成式AI大模型,并重点介绍了与设计行业深度相关的生成式图像AI模型。在建筑设计方面,图像生成AI工具Midjourney和Stable Diffusion已经可以帮助建筑设计师们便捷地基于设计草图、白模或其他低信息量建筑内容,生产高清建筑设计渲染图等高信息量建筑内容。在3D场景设计领域,3D场景生成AI工具Infinigen,展现出了强大的3D场景生成能力,可以大大降低3D场景设计工作量。国内的知名设计院与高校也在加速布局和应用生成式AI建筑设计工具。现阶段,设计院和高校研发的生成式AI建筑设计工具主要被应用于以下两个方面辅助建筑设计:(1)从“低信息量”建筑内容到“高信息量”建筑内容的快速生成;(2)从“非建筑信息”到“建筑信息”的迁移。

The emergence of generative Al tools has brought about new opportunities and challenges for the design industry,including architecture and scene design.This article provides a brief introduction to generative Al models,with a focus on generative image Al models that are deeply relevant to the design industry.In the field of architectural design,image-generating Al tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion have been able to assist architects in producing high-definition architectural design renderings based on design sketches,blank models,or other low-information architectural content.This enables architects to efficiently generate high-information architectural content.In the realm of 3D scene design,the 3D scene-generating Al tool Infinigen showcases powerful capabilities in generating 3D scenes,significantly reducing the workload of 3D scene designers.Renowned design institutes and universities in the country are also accelerating their deployment and application of generative Al architectural design tools.At this stage,these tools are primarily applied in the following two aspects to assist architectural design:(1)Rapid generation from"low-information"architectural content to"high-information"architectural content;(2)Migration from"non-architectural information"to"architectural information."
