摘要
在全球化和快速城市化背景下,资本生产关系中的异化从生产转向空间的循环中,导致城市空间形态、功能等的异化,城市边缘社区是城市空间形态演变、社会功能转型形成的特殊区域的典型体现。基于异化理论,通过对典型城市边缘社区F市B社区空间演化的深入剖析,揭示政府、开发商、空间使用者、社区管理者之间利益诉求博弈下的城市边缘社区空间异化过程及其机制。研究发现,B社区现状与规划之初的定位发生了巨大偏差,存在社区空间异化、居住人群异化、建筑空间异化、空间关系异化等现象。研究表明:B社区异化是城市空间开发不均衡、保障性住房供需错配、建筑设计不合理、契约关系不平等的产物,并针对性提出城市空间布局优化、存量收储政策探索、空间微改造手法、社区治理模式创新等城市边缘社区空间重构策略。
Against the background of globalization and rapid urbanization,the alienation of workers in the relationship of capital production is transferred to spatial capital circulation,which results in the alienation of urban space morphology and function.As a special area of urban spatial evolution and social function transformation,urban fringe community is a typical embodiment.Based on the alienation theory,this paper analyzes the process of space evolution of B community in F city,China to reveal the mechanism of spatial alienation of single apartment under the game of interest among government,developer,space user and community manager.This paper indicates that the status quo of B community has a huge deviation from the beginning of the planning,including alienation of community space,alienation of residents,alienation of building space and alienation of spatial relationship.The results also show that the alienation of B community is the product of the uneven development of urban space,inadequate supply of affordable housing,unreasonable architectural design and unequal contractual relationship.This paper finally proposes the strategies of urban space optimization,stock housing collection,space micro-transformation and community governance innovation to reconstruct the urban fringe community.
