层积、显隐与承续——郓城县魁星巷街区的保护与更新策略探寻

Layering,Characteristic and Inheritance:The Exploration on the Protection and Renewal Strategy of Kuixingxiang Block in Yuncheng

主要讨论了小城镇中的历史文化街区在兼顾历史肌理与近代建筑遗产资源时,于城市更新中该如何取舍的问题。以城市历史景观体系中的“层积”概念为切入点,通过对历史空间物质载体动态多元的价值评估,结合场所精神理论,从街区“外显”及“内隐”的特性角度,指出以郓城县魁星巷为代表的街区,宜采用延续隐性历史格局,彰显显性风貌特征的方式传承文脉。同时根据街区现存的实际情况,提出了具体的保护方式及更新策略,以期为当地居民留住记忆,为老城注入新的活力。

The essay mainly discusses how to choose between historical and cultural blocks in small towns in the face of urban renewal and development,while balancing historical texture and modern architectural heritage resources.The research takes the concept of layering"in the theory of Historic Urban Landscape as the starting point,through the dynamic and multiple value evaluation of the material carrier of historical space,and combines the theory of place spirit.It is pointed out that the historical and cultural block represented by Kuixingxiang in Yuncheng should adopt the method of continuing the implicit historical pattern and highlighting the explicit style characteristics to inherit the cultural context,from the perspective of the characteristics of the"exterior"and"interior"of the block.At the same time,according to the existing problems of the block,specific protection methods and renewal strategies are proposed to achieve the purpose of retaining the memory of local residents and injecting vitality into the historic city.
