基于FPGA的飞机新型总线脱粘故障诊断技术

摘要 研究基于FPGA的飞机新型总线整机故障诊断技术,提升飞机新型总线通信质量。在QuartusⅡ开发环境内,利用仿真软件Modelsim,设计FPGA,在其内部添加智能算法,建立飞机新型总线故障诊断技术架构,通过Hilbert解调法,在采集的振动信号内提取故障特征,建立飞机新型总线整机故障特征数据集;利用网络聚类算法,聚类处理故障特征数据集,输出故障诊断结果;通过PC机呈现新型总线整机故障诊断结果。实验证明,该技术可有效采集飞机新型总线整机振动信号,并提取振动信号的特征,精准诊断飞机新型总线整机故障。 The research aims to develop a novel bus system fault diagnosis technology for aircraft based on FPGA,and improve the communication quality of the novel bus system.In the development environment of Quartus II,FPGA was designed by using the simulation software Modelsim,and an intelligent algorithm was added in it to establish a new aircraft bus fault diagnosis technology architecture;Through Hilbert demodulation method,fault features were extracted from the collected vibration signals,and a new aircraft bus fault feature data set was established;The network clustering algorithm was used to cluster the fault feature data set and the fault diagnosis were output;The fault diagnosis results of the whole new bus are were presented through PC.The experiment showed that this technology can could effectively collect the vibration signals of the whole aircraft with the new bus,and extract the characteristics of the vibration signals,and accurately diagnose the fault of the whole aircraft new bus.
