《济阴纲目·求子门》治疗不孕的方剂用药规律研究

Study on the medication rules of prescription for infertility in Children Chapter of Jiyin Gangmu

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台V3.0,对《济阴纲目·求子门》中治疗女子不孕相关方剂的用药规律进行研究。方法:收集《济阴纲目·求子门》中治疗女子不孕的中医处方,构建数据库后上传至中医传承辅助平台V3.0中,运用关联规则Apriori算法和K值聚类等方法对构建好的数据库进行研究,分析该书对于治疗女子不孕的方剂中的各个药物及药对组合的使用频次、关联规则及组方规律等。结果:共纳入33首方剂,涉及药物133种,使用频次≥8的药物共12种,其中排名前5的分别是当归(72.7%)、川芎(69.7%)、香附(60.6%)、熟地黄(51.5%)、茯苓(48.5%);在药性方面,药物四气以温、平为主,五味以甘、苦、辛为主;总归肝、脾、心、肾4经;功效上补虚类、活血化瘀类、理气类药物的使用频次较高;关联规则核心组方分为3个聚类,但主要以当归、川芎、香附3味药的相互配伍(即当归+川芎、当归+香附、川芎+香附)为主。结论:《济阴纲目·求子门》认为经血调和是能够成功受孕的关键,治疗女子不孕注重以温补为主,药性平和,主归肝经、脾经,心经、肾经次之,总以补血活血、疏肝行气为要,为临床治疗女子不孕提供了参考。

Objective:To study the medication rules of related prescriptions for female infertility in Qiuzimen Chapter of Jiyin Gangmu based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform V3.0.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating female infertility in Praying for Children Chapter of Jiyin Gangmu were collected,and the database was constructed.The prescriptions were uploaded to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform V3.0.The association rule Apriori algorithm and K-value clustering methods were used to study the constructed database.The use frequency,association rules and prescription rules of each drug and drug pair combination in the prescriptions for the treatment of female infertility were analyzed.Results:33 prescriptions were included,involving 133 kinds of drugs.There were 12 kinds of drugs with frequency ≥ 8,among which the top 5 were Danggui(72.7%),Chuanxiong(69.7%),Xiangfu(60.6%),Shudihuang(51.5%) and Fuling(48.5%).In terms of medicinal properties,the four natures of drugs were mainly warm and flat,and the five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The channel tropism was the liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian.In terms of efficacy,the use frequency of drugs for tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating Qi was higher.The core formula of association rules was divided into 3 clusters,but mainly based on the mutual compatibility of Danggui,Chuanxiong and Xiangfu(Danggui+Chuanxiong,Danggui+Xiangfu,Chuanxiong+Xiangfu).Conclusion:Children Chapter of Jiyin Gangmu believes that the menstrual blood harmonization is the key to successful conception.The treatment of female infertility focuses on warming and tonifying.The drug nature should be moderate.The drug is mainly directed to the liver meridian and spleen meridian,followed by the heart meridian and kidney meridian.The treatment is always based on tonifying blood and promoting blood circulation,and soothing liver and promoting Qi,which provides a reference for the clinical treatment of female infertility.
