孙一奎诊治咳嗽病症学术思想探微

Discussion on Sun Yikui′s academic thought of diagnosis and treatment of cough

新安医家孙一奎在学术上涉猎诸家,诊法上注重舌脉,用药上巧而细腻,尤其在辨治咳嗽病症方面独有创见,重视从痰论治,脾肺同调,同时注重吸纳丹溪、东垣之说,重视温补下元虚损。《孙文垣医案》是孙一奎临证实践的真实记录,案中夹叙夹议,蕴含孙氏独到的临床经验。通过整理《孙文垣医案》中咳嗽案例,总结孙氏诊治咳嗽病症的学术思想及诊疗经验,为中医临证辨治咳嗽提供可靠的经验和思路。

Sun Yikui,a doctor of Xin′an,has studied various schools of thoughts academically.He pays attention to the tongue and pulse in diagnosis,and uses medicine skilfully and delicately.He is particularly creative in the differentiation and treatment of cough.He pays attention to treating cough from the phlegm and harmonizing the spleen and lung.At the same time,he absorbs the thoughts of Danxi and Dongyuan,and attaches importance to warming and replenishing the deficiency of promordial Qi in lower energizer.Sun Wenyuan Yi′an is a true record of Sun Yikui′s clinical practice though narration interspersed with comments of the cases,which contains Sun′s unique clinical experience.By sorting out the cough cases in Sun Wenyuan Yi′an,this paper summarizes Sun′s academic thought and diagnosis and treatment experience of cough,and provides reliable experience and ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment for cough in traditional Chinese medicine.
