基于CiteSpace的雷火灸临床研究可视化分析

Visualized analysis of clinical research on thunder-fire moxibustion based on CiteSpace

目的:分析2003年1月—2023年1月雷火灸临床研究文献的相关数据,总结该领域的知识结构和研究方向。方法:从中国知网(CNKI)检索出雷火灸临床研究的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件对关键词、作者和研究机构绘制知识图谱,进行可视化分析,推导出雷火灸近20年的研究热点和未来发展趋势。结果:通过对763篇文献分析显示,近20年来雷火灸临床研究整体呈上升趋势;研究作者代表为学者吕艳;研究机构以长春中医药大学和广州中医药大学为主;将关键词聚类,共形成14个关键词聚类,“雷火灸”为最大聚类。结论:近20年雷火灸临床研究集中在针刺、电针等联合使用对腰腿痛、尿潴留等疾病的治疗,热点趋向于康复治疗以及护理干预。今后该领域需要加强多中心合作,完善相关的基础研究。

Objective:To analyze the relevant data of clinical research on thunder-fire moxibustion from January 2003 to January 2023,and to summarize the knowledge structure and research direction in this field.Methods:The relevant literature on clinical research of thunder-fire moxibustion was retrieved from CNKI.The knowledge map of keywords,authors and research institutions was drawn by CiteSpace software for visualized analysis.And the research hotspots and future development trends of thunder-fire moxibustion in recent 20 years were deduced.Results:According to the analysis of 763 literature,the clinical research of thunder-fire moxibustion was on the rise in the past 20 years.The representative of the study author was scholar Lv Yan.The research institutions were mainly Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Keywords were clustered,and a total of 14 keyword clusters were formed.Thunder-fire moxibustion was the largest cluster.Conclusion:In the past 20 years,the clinical research of thunder-fire moxibustion has focused on the combined use of acupuncture and electroacupuncture for the treatment of lumbago and leg pain,urine retention and other diseases,and the hot spots tend to be rehabilitation treatment and nursing intervention.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen multi-center cooperation and improve relevant basic research in this field.
