江苏省集成电路产业国际竞争力分析

Analysis on International Competitiveness of Integrated Circuit Industry in Jiangsu Province

集成电路是引领新一轮科技革命的关键动力。从产业发展的区域分布来看,江苏省是我国集成电路产业起步早、基础好、发展快的主要地区之一,产量占到全国总产量近三成。在各国大力发展集成电路产业导致全球市场竞争激烈的大背景下,基于江苏省集成电路出口贸易现状,通过测算衡量江苏省集成电路产业国际竞争力的各项指标,再利用熵权法对测算出来的指标结果进行综合性测度,从而对江苏省集成电路产业发展的优劣势与发展趋势进行客观评价,提出促进江苏省集成电路产业优化升级的有效路径。

Integrated circuit is a key driving force to lead another new round of scientific and technological revolution.From the regional distribution of industrial development,Jiangsu Province is one of the main areas where the integrated circuit industry started early with good foundation and rapid expansion,which output accounts for nearly 30%of the total national output.Under the background of fierce competition in the global market due to the vigorous development of IC industry in various countries,based on the current status quo of IC export trade in Jiangsu Province,this paper calculates various indicators of the international competitiveness of IC industry in Jiangsu Province,and uses the entropy weight method comprehensively measure the calculated index results.In thisto paper,the advantages and disadvantages and development trend of Jiangsu IC industry are evaluated objectively,and the effective path to promote the optimization and upgrading of Jiangsu IC industry is put forward.
